The company was first launched as A+ Cleaning in 2018, offering maintenance home cleaning, elderly caregiving, and pet sitting services.

Meet Tanya
Tanya serves as our Monday through Friday Team Lead, ensuring customers' properties are thoroughly cleaned. She effectively guides our team members and maintains high standards.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys unwinding at home and spending quality time with her grandson.
Cleaning Assistant
Collin
Meet Collin
Collin is a valued member of our weekend and night shift crew, providing support to our Team Leads with assignments and contributing to the development of more efficient budgeting processes on a part-time basis.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys mowing grass, reading, and socializing with friends. As a junior, Collin is considering a future in Computer Science and Psychology.

Carla has been with Aplus Cleaning for nearly two years. She takes pleasure in engaging with clients and supporting the team lead with task assignments. Carla prioritizes making each client feel special and their pets gets extra attention, too.

Meet Yazmine
Yazmine oversees many of the behind-the-scenes details that help keep our company running smoothly each day.
She supports our team and clients by:
• Managing clerical duties
• Answering phones and assisting clients
• Scheduling cleanings
• Helping onboard our new cleaning software to keep clients updated on their appointments
• Assisting with invoices and online payments
• Making sure our team members have the information they need to care for each home just right

Caitlin is a dedicated Team Lead who assists our weekend and night crews. Caitlin is known for her attention to detail and warm smile.

When not working, Caitlin is a full-time preschool teacher at Person County Schools. As an animal lover, Caitlin has one dog. Her hobbies include reading, baking, family time, and spoiling her two nephews.
